Brandywine Manor House Wedding | Carla + Chris

In early spring, I had the honor of shooting Carla and Chris’s rustic PA wedding at the Brandywine Manor House in Chester County. The gorgeous grounds greeted us with lush green lawns and beautiful blooms of pink flowers, which paired ever so prettily with the bridal party’s wedding colors.

Carla and Chris first met at work, as colleagues in different departments. And as time went on, they developed a friendship that turned into a beautiful romance. As fate would have it, they fell in love and Chris asked Carla to be his wife. As Carla prepared to spend forever with Chris she handpicked her wedding details, making most of the items herself for her barn wedding. I’m so happy to share a snippet of their day with you.

Congratulations on a perfect wedding day Carla and Chris! I wish you many more years of bliss!
Carla and her girls wore plaid shirts during the getting ready portion of the day.
The Brandywine Manor barn was the perfect setting for styling Carla’s lace wedding gown and bridal details.
Willow and Thistle did such a beautiful job on floral’s for the day; this floral arch for the ceremony blew me away!
The bridal suite added a touch of rustic wedding chic as Carla prepared to see Chris at the wedding ceremony.Where you go I will go, where you stay I will stay….We stepped out of the ceremony and into the softest light for formal wedding portraits on the estate of Brandywine.
At every wedding I photograph, I love to capture the bride with each of her maids. After formal portraits were captured with friends and family, I whisked the couple away for intimate couples portraits.
Carla’s beautiful Marquis diamond nestled perfectly amongst the roses of her blush pink and white bouquet.Brandywine Manor House provides endless picturesque backdrops for taking wedding photos of the bride and groom.
This had to be the best bridal party entrance I’ve ever witnessed, EVER!
After Carla’s sister and Chris’s best man made it rain with confetti, a sweet first dance ensued under a white canopy. The wooden details and beautiful white script are just a snapshot of the pretty wedding details Carla DIY’d!As the sunset, the Crown Ballroom turned into a magical low light reception party. They also considered an option of Photobooth hire Adelaide to have some instant images of the party.
Officially Mr. and Mrs….Big thanks to these wedding vendors who brought this day to life…
