An Annual Fall Tradition in Philadelphia
Fall mini sessions have become an annual tradition at Ann Blake Photography! Year after year, my clients and I meet up at Awbury Arboretum in Philadelphia Pennsylvania to capture their growing families. I’m always happy to see previous clients and how much their family has changed in a year’s time.
What’s the difference between a mini session and a regular session?
A mini session is slightly different from a regular session with me. Mini sessions are taken within a smaller time frame. Clients receive less images than they would through a regular portrait session. If you only want an updated family picture to hang on the wall or perhaps an annual family photo to put on your Christmas card, a mini session would be a great option for you! They are more budget friendly and give me the opportunity as a photographer to serve a lot more clients in a smaller time frame!
What I Love About Fall Mini Sessions
Fall mini sessions are some of my favorites to offer throughout the year. Fall is one of the busiest seasons for photographers. The colors of the changing leaves and cozy fall fashion makes it a popular time of year for outdoor family portraits. So, my books fill up fast!
Fall mini sessions open up one or two days to more clients than I could typically shoot. So, no one has to miss out! For the past few years, we’ve taken our fall minis at Awbury Arboretum in Philadelphia. I love this charming location!
It’s located in the historic Germantown neighborhood in Northwest Philadelphia. There are so many spots we can use at the quaint little park that are perfect for family portraits. There is no other place like it in the fall! As an arboretum, it’s bustling with beautiful trees that are gorgeous in color in the fall. It’s become an annual tradition to return here for fall minis.
