This fall family portrait session in Valley Forge National Park was one of the highlights of my Fall Mini Sessions last year. This portrait session is one of my faves, as I had the most absolute pleasure of photographing one of my fellow Temple Alums and her precious family. And it’s one I have to share today as I prepare for this years upcoming 2018 Fall Mini Sessions!
I love shooting fall family portraits in Valley Forge for its vast varieties of shooting locations and all the beauty of the season’s changing leaves. And the charm of the old barns and this now defunct greenhouse add a special whimsy to every photo.
If you live in the Philly area and you haven’t taken a trip to Valley Forge National Park. You have to make plans to visit between late October to early November for the prettiest display of nature’s colors… I just can’t think a of a more beautiful location to have your family photos taken in the fall.
For our shoot, the Browns came dressed in a perfect co-ordination of fall colors. I always advise clients not come in matching outfits from head toe, like the white t-shirts and jeans combo from back in the day. It’s so much more fun to let your personal style show through in your outfits.
This crew totally nail their session style with complimentary colors. Okay, now on to pictures of the fashionably fall, Brown family!
Now this little guy’s smile is just about everything. He was the sweetest and most joyous baby I’ve ever had for a session. Don’t you agree?! 🙂 I just had to get that out. Now on to more photos from this lovely fall family portrait session!
It truly was a fun photo shoot. And if any of you are considering a family session don’t miss out on this year’s Fall Mini Session.
